Item Details

  • With the Partner Portal you'll be able to manage all the metadata for your pre-minted items.
  • You can search for any of your game's pre-minted item in the Open Loot Vault. Items are listed in order of most recent, though for specific search queries they are listed in alphabetical order. Click on any item row to view more details about that item.
  • If you have multiple "Disabled" items and wish to enable them as a batch, you can select multiple items via the checkbox on the left, then click "Enable" in the upper right.

Item Metadata​

The Item Details page will give you access to all the item's metadata.

  • Option Name: This is the option name of the item that was set during pre-minting. This cannot be edited.
  • Archetype ID: This is the archetype ID, which is the item's option name with your collection ID appended as a prefix. This cannot be edited.
  • Owned / Max Issuance: "Owned" refers to how many issues of this item are currently held by individual users, and "Max Issuance" refers to how many issues of this item were pre-minted in total.
  • Blockchain: This is the blockchain this item was pre-minted to. This cannot be edited. If you would like to change where your items are pre-minted to for future request, please speak to your Open Loot administrator.
  • Display Name: This is the name the item that is displayed on the Open Loot Marketplace.
  • Rarity: This is the rarity value of the item.
  • Feature Controls:
    • Rentable: Check this box if you wish for owners of this item to rent it out on the Open Loot Marketplace.
    • Sellable: Check this box if you wish for owners of this item be able to sell the item on the Open Loot Marketplace.
    • Withdrawable: Check this box if you wish for owners of this item be able to withdraw it from Open Loot Marketplace to their on-chain wallet.
  • Category: This is the category that the item will be organized under on the Open Loot Marketplace. The category must be created first before you can add it here. For more information, see Categories and Tags.
  • Tags: These are the tags that will appear on your item in on the Open Loot Marketplace. The tag must be created first before you can add it here. For more information, see Categories and Tags.
  • Status: "Enabled" items are visible on the Open Loot Marketplace and in-game. Changing them to "Disabled" will make them not visible.
  • Description: This is the text description of your item, to be displayed on the Open Loot Marketplace's Item Details page.
  • Image:
    • Static Image: This the .png file that was uploaded during the pre-minting process. You are allowed to edit the image here. The image must be 1024px (width) by 1024px (height) at 260 ppi.
    • Animated Image: (optional) This the .webm file that was uploaded during the pre-minting process. You are allowed to edit the image here. The file should be in .webm format, have an aspect ratio of 1:1, have a minimum resolution of 600px by 600px (larger is better) and a minimum framerate of 24 fps. The recommended file size is <10mb.

Mystery Boxes​

You can click on "Mystery Box" to view the item's associated Mystery Box metadata, if the item is a Mystery Box. If not, you can follow the steps to create a Mystery Box for this item. For more information, see Mystery Boxes.
